This policy describes how Find My Manual handles information when you use the public site and its private administration area.

Information processed

The application uses internal analytics to count aggregate events, including searches, searches with no results, manual views, PDF views and downloads, admin uploads, and rate-limit events. These metrics help operate and improve the service.

The public site does not require user accounts. The application analytics are not designed to intentionally store raw visitor IP addresses, browser user agents, names, email addresses, or other direct personal identifiers.

Cloudflare provides hosting, security, traffic management, access control, analytics, bot protection, and related infrastructure. As part of these services, Cloudflare may process connection, device, and network information. Standard technical data, logs, cookies, or similar technologies provided by infrastructure services may also be used as needed for security and operation. Cloudflare Access protects the private admin area.

Why information is processed

Information is processed to deliver pages and files, respond to searches, secure and manage the service, control access to administration features, prevent abuse, understand aggregate use, and diagnose operational problems.

Providers and external links

Cloudflare is an infrastructure and service provider for the site. Its processing is subject to its own terms and privacy information. The site may link to manufacturer or other third-party websites; their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Retention

Application analytics are retained as operational records. Infrastructure providers may retain technical records under their own settings and policies. Retention can vary by data type and operational need; this policy does not promise a specific retention period.

Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to help protect the service and information processed through it. No internet service or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children's privacy

Find My Manual is a general reference site and is not directed to children. The site does not require public accounts or intentionally ask children to provide personal information.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the site changes. If advertising, additional analytics, accounts, or other services are introduced, this policy will be revised to describe the resulting practices. The date above shows when this page was last updated.
